Description
1. This equipment is mainly suitable for paint roller coating of
PVC / LVT/SPC/WPC flat plates and sheets;
2. The conveyor belt, paint roller and metering light wheel are
controlled by independent motor frequency conversion, and the
processing is more accurate;
3. The surface of the product processed by this machine is smooth,
fullness is good, there is no stacking paint before and after, it
can be almost the same as the effect of shower coating, but the
thickness of the paint is greatly reduced;
4. This device uses a no clearance reducer to avoid horizontal
lines on the plate when the paint is rolled.
Machine configuration instructions
- The bearing adopts NSK made in Japan, selects Taiwan Xinyi brand
reducer, the motor adopts Taiwan Xinyi brand, and the French
Schneider inverter controls.
- The belt adopts swiss habasit solvent-resistant flat belt with a
thickness of 3mm.
- The bottom wheel has a Shore hardness of 70 ° A and is made of
rubber.
- The lifting seat is a heavy-duty dovetail slot type without
clearance, and adopts a height counter.
- Automatic lifting, using Taiwan brand gear reducer series.
- Wide stainless steel large reflux tank, removable design, more
convenient cleaning.
- Feed anti-collision baffle protection device, feed anti-offset
device.
